Established in 1987, Luoyang Xingrong Industrial Co., Ltd. (LYXR) is an integrated private company comprised of casting, forging and machining. LYXR covers an area of 136, 000 square meters with building area of 66,000 square meters. There are 1,100 employees.
Comprised of two foundries, one forging & pressing company and one machining workshop, LYXR mainly produces steel casting and forging and quality steel ingot. The company's annual production capacity is 60,000 tons of casting and 20,000 tons of forging and 20,000 tons of steel ingot. The maximum weight of steel casting is up to 200 tons. The forgings are mainly shafts, gears, bearings and rings. LYXR can produce various rings with diameter less than 5 meters and various shafts with length less than 12 meters and piece weight less than 35 tons.
LYXR possesses powerful technical force, advanced process and complete testing equipments, and has been certified by ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004. LYXR has got the certification of CCS, DNV, LR, GL, ABS and BV. LYXR adopts electric arc furnace and LF furnace and VD furnace melting and CAD/CAE technology. The company has UT and MT capacity, and is equipped with devices which can test chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical property, etc.
